9:45am Protein Shake after workout
7:30pm Egg and cheese sandwich made with two eggs
11:00 Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Wendys w/Coke
8:00 Fish Fillet Meal from McDonalds w/Coke
Did my training with Lyle at 9:00 am (I don't like him too much right now, lol)
