My day starts at 11:30pm so here it is:
1:00am 8 chicken drumettes bar b que
7:00am a turkey beacon, 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese,
a dab of jelly for taste on Arnold Select
Sandwich Thins whole wheat bread (the bread was
my first time eating it and it was good)
7:00pm Walked for 25 min.
7:45pm Two smothered chicken legs w/brown rice
My liquid intake was about 32oz. of water and 16oz of water w/Sugar Free Hawaiian Punch Singles To Go (Wild Purple Smash) yum
Oh I almost forgot about two handful of Bite Size Tostitos for snack while making dinner
Did I mention that I'm a good cook. lol
