Breakfast 2 egg white omelet w/spinach & mozzarella cheese, whole grain toast

Dinner Lean steak mixed veggies
All of those days and the rest I usually have my protein shake mix (multi vitamins and flax seed oil)
I know i miss too many of my meals but I'm trying and I'll try harder.
