Sorry Family Day 22

Hi family, sorry for not posting like I should and I will give no excuses. So here I am now with updates, no I did not dropout, yes I'm still doing the program the best I can and that's not bad, I do the workouts and most of the walks, my eating is hit and miss because of my sleep pattern which sucks. I eat whats on the plan but not enough, maybe two meals a day most of the time but with the crappy eating I did lose four pounds last week. It's about half way now and it's time to man up and do the dang thang. I'm up for it how about you guys. I have coach in the morning after work, we all know how that is, GREAT lol. I will be blogging from now on, with that said:

7:00a Breakfast 2 eggs with spinach and mozzarella cheese
5:30p Snack Protein shake w/liquid multi-vitamin and liquid flex seed oil
8:30p Lunch Lean beef w/mixed veggies
1:00a Snack Salmon
5:00a Dinner Salmon and asparagus

Crazy, I know. Next time family.
