Hung out with coach today which was hard for me mentally and physically. I had to keep telling myself to push through it, push through it and I did and I'm glad I did.
10:30a Protein shake w/liquid multi-vitamin and flex seed oil
8:00p MCD BLT Chicken/grilled meal and my body felt terrible, heavy, bloated, sluggish
after that I had apple vinegar cider.
